MANSION

MISTLETOE MANSION is a romantic Christmas comedy that will be filmed in January 2026 on Long Island. We will be filming the movie in sequential order, so all of the dates are locked in below. This is so that we can change it to a micro-series if we end up not raising all of the funding in time for January. WE WILL FILM REGARDLESS!!!

If you claim an opportunity, you are GUARANTEED to be on set for that day. You will also receive IMDb credit, end credit and all other items listed in the description of your selection.

ON-CAMERA OPPORTUNITIES

People that appear on camera will receive a credit on IMDb as well as in the end credits of the film, 2 tickets to the premiere (date TBD), at least one of your scenes for your acting reel, and set stills regardless of role.

MISTLETOE MANSION will film in Central Long Island, NY

January 10 - 28, 2026.

Everyone that claims a role will receive an investor agreement for the cost of the role, where you will receive 110% of the cost back once the project is sold.

You are responsible for your own transportation & accommodations.

Ava Cleary (Star)

Ava Cleary (28) is the single woman at the center of a new reality dating show, "The 12 Dates of Christmas." At 28 years old, Ava has decided to be on the show because her 3 older brothers always intimidate her boyfriends, and she needs something new. Independent, attractive, strong and kind, Ava is the perfect fit for any of these guys. She follows her heart to whom she feels is her one true love, ending in a wonderful kiss under the mistletoe at Mistletoe Mansion.

Luke Sheppard (29) is the Field Producer on "The 12 Dates of Christmas," tasked with keeping Ava occupied while production sets up the various dates that she goes on with the bachelors in the mansion. Honest, kind and definitely not interested in being a part of the limelight, Luke empathizes with Ava and does his best to keep her entertained in his hometown where they are filming... Only to find himself falling for the girl he shouldn't.

Ozzie (28) is a handsome and charming suitor on "The 12 Dates of Christmas." He and Ava hit it off immediately, or so she thinks... Ozzie is soon outed by Rachel, letting Ava and everyone else know that he isn't who he says he is. Has 18 lines over 2 scenes, but is in all of the opening party scenes until his dramatic exit.

Owen (27) is one of the contestants on The 12 Dates of Christmas. Immature and a little awkward, Owen kind of blends into the group. He is cut during the first challenge and blames Dec.

NADIA

(25 – 45) Any ethnicity. The hair stylist for the TV show The 12 Dates of Christmas. Honest. Enthusiastic. Energetic.

FINN

(28 – 32) Any ethnicity. Handsome, intelligent, literary. Creates a connection with Ava, but is hiding something pretty important ...

KIMMIE

Kimme (20 - 30) is the Hostess at a local restaurant that meets Cara Maria and Rachel, the hosts of The 12 Dates of Christmas. Super energetic and enthusiastic, Kimmie totally fan girls over the reality show icons.

COCKTAIL WAITRESS(4)

(18 - 30) Any ethnicity. Four cocktail waitresses during the opening party for the TV show The 12 Dates of Christmas. They walk around during the party in cute holiday outfits and serve winter-themed cocktails to the guests.

MOLLY

Molly (27 - 37) is a camera operator on The 12 Dates of Christmas that films a private scene with Ava and Luke. She is in two (2) scenes with 14 lines, but is seen in the sections of the montage with Ava and Luke, opposite the two reality stars, and has the option to be on camera whenever the reality show crew is seen.

VANESSA

Vanessa (26 - 30) is Finn's very pregnant wife that arrives at Mistletoe Mansion and lets everyone know that Finn would be cheating on her if he ended up as the winner of The 12 Dates of Christmas. Dramatic and hormonal, Vanessa makes quite the entrance and turns the beginning of the show on its head.
